Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7 day refund policy at The Social Atelier at present.

Refunds will be given on a case by case basis once we understand your reason for wanting a refund.

If you wish to have a refund for your item please contact us at customer services - thesocialatelier@gmail.com. We would like to advise you that refunds will be offered for genuine issues with the fit of the product. We are happy to help you.

Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense should you wish to exchange or refund an item that you purchased.

Separately,  If you receive an item with a genuine fault, please report this fault to us immediately. We will do our best to offer you a refund or a replacement for your faulty item. in this case we will pay for the shipping to give you a replacement item if the original item was faulty or damaged.
